You never let me see
Just how much your hurting
Please open up to me.
I can see the pain you're feeling
I can see it in you eyes
Please tell me what has happened
Let me hold you as you cry.
You tell me that nothing is wrong
But I know that that's not true
Don't lock it up inside yourself
Let me be there for you.
If you share your problems with me
I can try and do my best
To help you through these hardships
So your pain can be at rest.
You can tell me anythingI wont judge or question you
Any feelings that you tell me
Will be just between us two
What's best for you is what I want
So just tell me what you need
And if one of these things isn't me
Then tell me and I'll leave.

This is a piece of writing which just simply ask everybody to let people know about whats going on don't keep it to yourself when its too hard to cope or your just dying on the inside. Your friends, family, loved ones would know if your changing in attitude, dieting changes or any other seek help and take about it its the best thing....i'm sure they would love to help and simply talk about it ....
i know its hard to tell people what your going through or whats happening- tell someone close, tell someone who cares, who listens and who you can trust... and who you think can give you advise.
